Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful difference supporting K-12 students as an experienced Speech Language Pathologist in a dynamic school-based setting near Brighton, CO. This full-time contract opportunity allows you to deliver impactful therapy and interventions while collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Colorado SLP License required Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment is highly valued Strong knowledge of assessments, IEP development, and treatment planning Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapy to students across K-12 grades Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), ensuring goals are measurable and student-focused Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support each child's communication progress Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes in compliance with district and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings, team collaborations, and professional development as required
