About Amazing Care Pediatric Outpatient Therapy:
At Amazing Care Pediatric Outpatient Therapy formerly known as Straka Pediatric Therapies, we specialize in providing individualized and group therapy services in speech, occupational, physical, and mental health. Role Overview:
We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at our Castle Rock clinic. In this role, you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, comprehensive therapy to pediatric clients in a fun, family-centered environment.

Schedule:
Flexible based on clinic needs.
Pay Range:
$70,000 - $104,000 per year
Guarantee:
Pay is bi-weekly, and we guarantee your full compensation for the first 30 days of employment to ensure a smooth and supported start
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients with various challenges Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs Provide therapy services to clients with a wide range of disorders Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid DORA license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC's) Completed PRAXIS Willingness to work with clients across various age groups and diagnoses Availability to work after school hours 1+ years of experience as an SLP Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance (available the first day of the month following 30 days of employment) Company paid life insurance, with voluntary buy-up options Short/Long term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity coverage Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) 401K Work-life balance: Flexible scheduling to fit your individual and family needs Exceptional orientation and training program, including ongoing support and mentorship HERO employee recognition program Referral bonus Every visit matters.
