Weekly Hours:
22.5 Billable Hours We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based assignment in Elizabeth, Colorado. The ideal candidate will support students with speech, language, communication, and related disorders while collaborating with school staff and families to improve educational outcomes. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals Conduct speech and language screenings, assessments, and progress evaluations Collaborate with teachers, parents, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and provide documentation and recommendations Maintain accurate student records, therapy notes, and compliance documentation Monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services Support students with communication strategies for academic and social success Ensure compliance with educational and professional standards Requirements Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology required Active Colorado Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License required Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification required by start date Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to manage caseload effectively and maintain documentation Passion for working with children and supporting educational outcomes For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
