PRN Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist 4-8 Hours per Week | $45-$65 per Hour About Whole Kids Co. Flexible PRN Opportunity 4-8 hours per week Build a schedule that works around your existing commitments Ideal for school-based SLPs, retirees, stay-at-home parents returning to practice, or clinicians seeking supplemental income Interdisciplinary Collaboration Work alongside BCBAs, Mental Health Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and other specialists Participate in collaborative treatment planning and case consultations Meaningful Impact Help children and families make meaningful progress through individualized, family-centered care Build strong relationships while supporting communication and developmental goals Supportive Culture Creative, collaborative, and mission-driven team environment Clinical autonomy with the support of experienced professionals Opportunities for growth and continued learning Position Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations as needed Provide individualized therapy services for pediatric clients Assess and treat speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding/swallowing, and cognitive-communication needs as appropriate Support clients utilizing alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) systems Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to support client progress Complete documentation in a timely manner Maintain all required licensure and certifications Participate in team meetings and case consultations as appropriate Other duties as assigned Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathology License (or ability to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric populations preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Passion for family-centered, trauma-informed care Compensation $45-$65 per hour, based on experience, credentials, and availability.
