Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic, school-based setting near Denver, CO. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals driven by a passion for communication development, whether experienced or in their Clinical Fellowship Year. You'll work with a diverse pediatric caseload, collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to create positive outcomes for students.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply Experience or strong interest in pediatric and/or school settings Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs), assessments, and progress monitoring Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure for
Colorado Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and speech-language assessments for students, recommending appropriate interventions Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs Manage and document progress toward IEP goals Provide direct, evidence-based therapy services to students from diverse backgrounds Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote generalization of communication skills Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to team discussions, and deliver effective parent/teacher education and support Maintain accurate records in compliance with school district and state guidelines Experience a fulfilling contract position that allows you to grow professionally in a supportive school environment, surrounded by the inspiring scenery of Colorado.
