Role:
Seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language therapy services for K-12 students across multiple school sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to students Conduct evaluations, screenings, and speech assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals Deliver individual and group therapy sessions Maintain accurate documentation and student progress records Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with special education teams Communicate with teachers, parents, and school staff Support students with articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders Travel between school sites within the district Ensure compliance with ASHA and district standards
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
Active Colorado SLP license required or willingness to obtain
ASHA CCC-SLP
certification required Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required School-based experience preferred Experience with K-12 student populations preferred Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently across multiple sites
