SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) - PRN / As Needed SummitWest Care | Mesa County, CO PRN / AsNeeded | Weekday Visits Competitive Hourly Pay ($45-55, DOE) + Mileage SummitWest Care is seeking a SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) for a true PRN home health role . This position is based entirely on client need. Some weeks may offer consistent visits. Other times, there may be little to no work depending on referrals. This role is ideal for SLPs who already balance multiple roles and want flexible, meaningful work without guaranteed hours.

Curious learners who are comfortable asking questions Selfdirected and organized clinicians Calm, steady, and compassionate professionals in imperfect environments Clear communicators with strong documentation What You'll Do Provide speech therapy services in patients' homes Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and caregivers Educate patients and families Communicate changes or concerns clearly Complete timely documentation in our EMR (training provided) Important to know: Home health happens in real homes. Compassion, adaptability, and emotional steadiness are essential.

Qualifications:
