In the Speech Language Pathologist role you will: + Act responsible for a continuum of services providing care to patients with neurological, swallowing, speech-language, cognitive, pragmatic, voice and other cognitive related disorders requiring intervention by a Speech-Language Pathologist through an interdisciplinary approach. + Utilizes rehab process to promote and restore optimal health to well-being of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.
  • Job Requirements
  • In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: + Two years of work experience providing direct patient care in an inpatient or outpatient setting preferred + Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred + Master's degree in speech-language therapy with a Certificate of Clinical Competence + Current Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association + Current Speech Language Pathologist Certification with the State of Colorado + Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association Physical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly) Flexible options available for this outpatient SLP role, including alternating weeks of 3x8hr and 2x8hr shifts, or a consistent 2x10hr schedule.
Specific start and end times will be determined collaboratively to best suit both the candidate and our operational needs. Our office hours are 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
