Bilingual School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Are you a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about supporting multilingual learners? Cross Country Education is seeking a Spanish-speaking SLP to support middle and high school students for the 2026-2027 school year in Longmont, CO !

Position Overview:

Conduct bilingual speech and language evaluations and provide therapeutic interventions in English and Spanish to support student communication, academic progress, and social-emotional success. Manage a caseload of approximately 42-50 students while developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) goals and maintaining compliant documentation. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support effective communication strategies across the school environment. Participate in monthly professional development and peer collaboration meetings designed for district Speech-Language Pathologists.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid State of Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist License Valid Colorado DOE Special Services Provider (SSP) License with a Speech-Language Pathology endorsement Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (Required) Prior experience supporting middle or high school students (Preferred) Why Make a Move with Cross Country Education?

Top Compensation:

Earn $59.50 - $64.00 Per Hour , based on your experience and qualifications as a Speech-Language Pathologist, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
