Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a school-based contract position serving students in grades K-12. This role offers an opportunity to work full-time, supporting the speech and language development of diverse learners in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer speech and language assessments to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress Document and track student performance and maintain accurate records Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language disorders Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
Qualifications:
Current and valid SLP certification/license suitable for school settings Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment preferred Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based therapy techniques Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively This position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in students' academic and social success through specialized therapy services in a supportive educational environment.
