School-Based / Multiple Sites Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Active Colorado SLP License required Experience in school-based or pediatric setting preferred Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorder treatment Ability to develop and implement IEP-based therapy plans Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently across multiple school sites Experience collaborating with educators and multidisciplinary teams Job Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services to students in school settings Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop treatment plans Implement IEP goals and track student progress Work across multiple school sites (Thornton, Hulstrom, Malley) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff Document therapy sessions and student progress accurately Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning Support communication development and student learning outcomes Ensure compliance with school district and state regulations Provide education and strategies to families and staff For more details contact at sthakur@navitashealth.com About Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
