Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students by providing speech and language services for the upcoming academic year. This onsite opportunity runs from late August through May, with full-time hours (30-32.5 per week) and a schedule aligned with the school year. Use your expertise as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to help make a meaningful impact in an educational setting. Flexibility is essential, as your caseload and grade levels will be determined before the start of the school year. Your ability to adapt to a variety of student needs and collaborate with school staff will be highly valued.
Qualifications:
Valid and active State Speech-Language Pathologist license Current Educator Certification Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Prior experience working within school settings Flexibility in managing a range of student caseloads and grade levels Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their individualized education plans (IEPs) Conduct comprehensive assessments and document progress Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student development Maintain meticulous case notes, reporting, and student records as required by the district Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for students' educational success Why consider this role?
