Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and session notes in compliance with healthcare regulations. Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support ongoing communication development at home. Stay current with advances in physiology knowledge, anatomy understanding, and best practices in patient care for diverse populations. Skills Proven experience working in school settings or pediatric environments with children requiring speech therapy services. Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to speech production and swallowing functions. Ability to perform detailed patient assessments and interpret clinical data effectively. Familiarity with medical terminology related to speech-language pathology and healthcare documentation standards. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
