  • Contract Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in speech therapy, with a focus on pediatric populations and early intervention strategies. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders, utilizing current clinical practices and medical terminology. Develop individualized treatment plans targeting speech therapy goals, with an emphasis on pediatrics and early intervention techniques. Deliver engaging therapy sessions designed to improve articulation, language comprehension, voice, fluency, and social communication skills. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, educators, and caregivers to ensure holistic patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and session notes in compliance with healthcare regulations. Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support ongoing communication development at home. Stay current with advances in physiology knowledge, anatomy understanding, and best practices in patient care for diverse populations. Skills Proven experience working in school settings or pediatric environments with children requiring speech therapy services. Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to speech production and swallowing functions. Ability to perform detailed patient assessments and interpret clinical data effectively. Familiarity with medical terminology related to speech-language pathology and healthcare documentation standards. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Commitment to early intervention principles that promote optimal developmental outcomes for young children. Demonstrated ability to adapt therapy approaches based on individual patient needs and progress monitoring.
