Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving elementary students in a school-based setting. This full-time opportunity focuses on providing vital speech and language services to children from kindergarten through 5th grade, in a supportive and collaborative environment. Work across two nearby campuses, ensuring your skills and passion for helping children with a range of needs, including autism, impact as many students as possible.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
• Active SLP licensure, with CCC credential required Demonstrated experience delivering SLP services in school settings Prior work supporting children diagnosed with autism Strong clinical problem-solving and communication skills Ability to manage caseloads across two close locations effectively Compassionate, adaptable, and ready to work with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with communication disorders Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with tailored goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation Deliver services primarily in small group or individual sessions, adapting interventions as needed Participate in team meetings, school events, and professional development This position offers the opportunity to build valuable connections with students and staff, utilize best practices, and further your professional growth in a welcoming school community.
