Desired Qualifications:
SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) credentials Eligible for or holder of a Delaware state license Experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities preferred Demonstrated strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Adaptability and effective problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy, including assistive technology and augmentative communication Address articulation, voice, oral-motor function, feeding, and language development delays Perform diagnostic and evaluative testing; produce detailed assessment reports Develop and maintain IEP objectives Collaborate with parents, peers, and educational staff to ensure student success
