2026-2027 Soliant is currently hiring multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based opportunities for the 2026-2027 school year. These positions offer the opportunity to work with K-12 students across two school buildings within a supportive and collaborative educational environment. We are also welcoming applications from Clinical Fellow (CF) SLP candidates looking to gain valuable school-based experience with strong professional support.Position Details Position:

Approximately 40-45 studentsStudent Population:
Primarily inclusion students with some complex cases Position Highlights Join a collaborative team with 2 full-time SLPs on-site Existing SLP will support and manage the majority of the more complex workload Supportive educational environment with strong interdisciplinary collaboration Ideal opportunity for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows seeking mentorship and school-based experience Responsibilities Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments as needed Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply School-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills This is an excellent opportunity for SLPs and CFs seeking a rewarding school-based role while making a meaningful impact on student success.
