Category Schools - SLP Job Type Travel This part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is ideal for professionals seeking a school-based role serving kindergarten through 6th-grade students during the 2026-2027 school year. Located in Seaford, DE, this position offers a balanced schedule totaling 2.5 days per week, with two full days dedicated to direct therapy services and a half-day reserved for meetings and assessments.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering speech and language services to K-6 students, addressing a growing caseload Conducting assessments and collaborating with educational staff during scheduled meetings Maintaining accurate records and contributing to individualized education plans (IEPs) Providing in-person services initially, with the potential for virtual service options starting in August Qualifications and experience sought: Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification preferred Candidates with school-based experience are highly desirable Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) with relevant school background will be considered Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations This position begins at the end of August and continues through the end of the school year.
