Hiring for the 2026-27 School Year We are hiring speech language pathologists (SLP) for immediate openings in school based roles or for the 2026-27 school year. Full-time and part-time openings are available depending on applicant preference. Locations are available throughout Delaware in many great school settings including roles supporting local school districts such as Red Clay, Christina, Colonial, and Appoquinimink. Specific placements may include general education, Autism Services, and other higher needs programs with student populations available from ages 3-22. The Speech Clinic, Inc has a tremendously talented and supportive staff, making this an ideal placement for a CF experience or if you are looking for a change in setting. Applicant preference is always our number one priority when filling a role and we ensure all of our potential hires have every opportunity to learn about the role they would be taking. Unlike other companies, we are family owned and operated by licensed SLPs with help readily available from our team of talented and diverse professionals. We are seeking enthusiastic and personable clinicians who are looking to make a difference in their client's speech and language skills. Qualified applicants can expect to work in a Delaware school setting with a varied caseload, pre-schoolers through high school, dependent on the needs of the school. A successful applicant will work in a collaborative environment providing treatment including but not limited to: Assessing individual student needs Developing personalized treatment plans Providing therapy Documenting progress and attending IEP meetings There are currently openings across the state with a wide variety of populations to choose from. Our team works in locations across Delaware, with applicant preference in placement always the deciding factor in any placement. A typical workday is 7.5 hours and we follow the school calendar, including paid leave for school breaks/closures. Clinicians are placed in settings conducive to a professional environment with manageable caseloads. It is expected that in every placement all work, including collaboration with teachers and paperwork, can be completed in the hours worked at school (typically 37.5 hours/week). SLPA applicants will have or be in process of receiving certification from ASHA (C-SLPA) and appropriate Delaware licensure.
