We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing pediatric healthcare team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with children and families in a collaborative, supportive environment dedicated to providing exceptional care. The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for evaluating, treating, and monitoring pediatric patients with communication, feeding, swallowing, and developmental challenges. The ideal candidate is committed to clinical excellence, family-centered care, and positive patient outcomes. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university Current Florida Speech-Language Pathologist License Current CPR Certification ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Pediatric experience preferred Responsibilities Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs. Establish measurable goals and monitor progress toward achieving optimal outcomes. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address communication, language, articulation, feeding, and swallowing disorders. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Educate and support families regarding treatment goals, progress, and home programs. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning. Maintain professional competency through continuing education and ongoing development. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to build positive relationships with children and families. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and communication disorders. Ability to adapt treatment approaches to meet the unique needs of each child.
