4 Bradenton, FL Job Details Full-time Benefits 401(k) Qualifications Master's degree Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for a full-time position for the upcoming school year with districts in the Bradenton, Florida area. Applicants must meet all local and state requirements to be considered.
Requirements typically include:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or in progress Completion of required clinical fellowship (if applicable) Experience working in a school-based setting preferred Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation Ability to pass required background checks and district onboarding requirements Typical responsibilities for this role include: Conducting speech and language evaluations for students Developing and implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals Providing direct therapy services in individual and group settings Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and special education teams Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports Participating in IEP meetings and parent consultations Supporting communication development across educational environments Blazer Jobs offers competitive benefits, including weekly direct deposit, premium pay rates, health care benefit options, 401(k) eligibility, professional development opportunities, and more.
