Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Travel A dynamic opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services in a school setting in Bushnell, FL. This travel position offers a chance to work closely with a dedicated team of two SLPs, supporting a caseload of 40 students. The role provides a private space for therapy sessions and operates on a part-time schedule, offering approximately 20 hours per week from ASAP through the end of the school year (EOSY).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments and therapy for a caseload of 40 students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving communication skills. Collaborate with a team of two fellow SLP professionals to ensure cohesive and effective services. Maintain clear documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and regulatory standards. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and communicate regularly with educators and families.
Qualifications:
Valid SLP certification including CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or currently completing CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year). Experience providing therapy in a school-based setting. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a designated therapy space. Flexibility to travel and adapt within a dynamic school environment.
