Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Exciting opportunities are available for Speech Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF) to provide in-person services in a dynamic educational setting near Cape Coral, FL. Multiple positions are open for a contract beginning August 11, 2026, and running through May 27, 2027, with both full-time and part-time options considered. You'll have a chance to collaborate with a team of professionals, make a lasting impact on students' communication development, and gain experience working across a variety of campuses.
Essential Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Florida Department of Health SLP license and/or valid Florida teacher certification Willingness and eligibility to complete or transfer live scan fingerprints (AHCA Clearinghouse access is a plus) Ability to secure a JLA badge prior to assignment Commitment to on-site services (remote/VOCO placements are not available) Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Role Highlights:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across grade levels (assignments and caseloads will be determined based on individual school needs) Participate in evaluations, develop Individual Education Programs (IEPs), and implement therapy plans tailored to each student's needs Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to optimize student progress Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
