• is seeking a compassionate, skilled
• Speech
• ‑•Language Pathologist (SLP)•to join our outpatient rehabilitation team, providing high‑quality care to both •adult and pediatric•patients.

This role offers a diverse caseload, collaborative interdisciplinary environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the lifespan.

• Outpatient Speech Therapist Responsibilities:

• + Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing disorders in adult and pediatric outpatient populations + Develop and implement individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans + Provide caregiver and family education to support carryover and progress + Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed + Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation •

Requirements:

• + CCC-SLP (Speech Language Pathology) + BLS (Basic Life Support) + Speech Therapy License + Required Master's Speech Therapy + 1 year Clinical Related is preferred
