This position offers you the opportunity to work in our Doral office, providing therapy to a diverse group of children in a supportive, play-based environment. The ideal candidate shares our passion for early intervention, speech sound disorders, and working with autistic children to help them achieve their communication goals. Position Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location 2898 NW 79 AVE. Doral, Florida 33122 (Koala ABA & Learning Centers - Doral) Job Summary Koala ABA & Learning Centers is a pediatric-multidisciplinary clinic specializing in providing collaborative, child-centered therapy to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs. This role will focus on clinic-based therapy sessions with toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children, utilizing a fun, play-based approach to speech therapy. Responsibilities Implement individualized therapy plans to support speech, language, social communication, and cognitive-communication development. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote the best outcomes for children. Provide consultation and training to families and caregivers, fostering a collaborative therapy approach. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with clinic policies. Stay up to date with the latest evidence-based therapy techniques in speech-language pathology. Small, collaborative work environment that values teamwork and professional development. Key Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric clients in our clinic. Address speech, language, and communication challenges using a child-centered approach. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including daily progress notes. Conduct Speech Therapy Evaluation. Supervise/sign off on notes for SLPAs. Part-Time Availability Monday through Friday (client availability from 8 am until 6 pm) Qualifications Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field. Active Florida Department of Health (DOH) SLP license. Experience working with pediatric populations preferred. Strong communication skills and a self-motivated approach to therapy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Compensation $50 - $65 per hour
