Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team, committed to enhancing communication and swallowing abilities for individuals across diverse age groups. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders, primarily focusing on pediatric populations. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing challenges using current clinical techniques. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care strategies. Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in compliance with regulatory standards. Educate patients and their families about speech development milestones, therapy goals, and home practice exercises. Stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology through ongoing education and professional development. Qualifications Valid license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in accordance with state or national regulations. Prior experience working with children in school settings or early intervention programs is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of pediatric physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to speech and swallowing disorders. Proven ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages and their families.
