Evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive, communication and swallowing disorders. Creating and following treatments plans individualized to meet the specific goals of each resident/client. Accurately recording activities and findings in the clinical record. Monitoring resident/client performance to ascertain effectiveness of program, communicating with Physician for any plan/goal modifications. Providing education on treatments to residents/clients and their families.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A valid FL Speech Therapy license. A genuine interest in and compassion for older adults. Ability to demonstrate teamwork - be proactive, resourceful, and collaborative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate between residents/clients and staff.WHAT WE OFFER
