Join Our Team at Alyssa Campbell Therapies - Where Passion Meets Purpose! Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful difference in children's lives? ACT is seeking a motivated SLP to join our pediatric home healthcare team and work in a private school . We offer a supportive, flexible, and collaborative environment—providing therapy services in homes, schools, daycares, and through teletherapy. We are currently hiring a part-time SLP to work in a private school we go into with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role if you would like. What You'll Do As a private school-based Speech-Language Pathologist at ACT, you'll work with children in grades PK through 8th with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs. You'll play a key role in evaluating, treating, and supporting patients, families, and collaborating with the school through each stage of the therapy process. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Conduct comprehensive evaluations to support individualized treatment planning. Develop and implement personalized therapy plans with measurable goals. Deliver high-quality therapy sessions in a private school school setting. Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to support goal achievement. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and outcomes in a timely and thorough manner. Collaborate closely with families, educators, caregivers, physicians, and other professionals involved in the child's care. Provide education and support to families and school faculty/staff throughout the therapeutic process. Conduct screenings and make appropriate referrals when necessary. Supervise students or volunteers, when applicable. What We're Looking For We're seeking a candidate who is passionate about pediatric therapy and committed to excellence in care. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, organized, and adaptable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active Florida state SLP license. One year of pediatric experience is preferred. Experience with ADHD, executive function, and dyslexia is preferred. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team. Compassionate, patient-centered mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered based on qualifications and fit. Why Choose ACT?
