Job Description

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)•
CF or CCC Location:
Jacksonville, FL 32209 (North Jacksonville)
Pay Rate:
$50.00•$52.00+ per hour
Schedule:
Monday•Friday | 8:00 AM•3:00 PM ( Paid Lunch Included ) About the Role Join a dedicated school-based team at a high-performing, tuition-free public charter school in the 32209 area. We are seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (CF or CCC) to support our students' communication goals in a joyful, academically excellent environment. You will be assigned to one consistent school site , allowing you to build deep relationships with students, families, and staff without the stress of commuting between multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities Direct Support:
Work with students across multiple grade levels (K-12) in one-on-one or small group settings.
Collaboration:
Partner closely with Learning Specialists and the broader school-based team to ensure student success.
Clinical Duties:
Implement specialized curriculum, conduct student assessments, and manage caseload documentation.
Relationship Building:
Foster a positive learning environment and maintain strong communication with families regarding student progress.
Qualifications Education:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Required).
Certification:
ASHA Certified (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply.
Licensure:
Must hold an active Florida SLP License (No temporary/provisional licenses considered).
Experience:
At least one year of school-based or student-facing experience with a proven track record of student achievement.
