We see children of all ages birth to 21 but majority of our caseloads are early intervention, preschool age children and elementary school aged but there is a varied pediatric case-load. Duties will include but are not limited to providing evaluations, treatment sessions, and written documentation in accordance with ASAH's code of ethics. Must be licensed in the State of Florida and have pediatric experience. Current Medicaid number and credentialing preferred but not required. Close to Jacksonville, FL and Fernandina Beach, FL Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' speech and language abilities, focusing on pediatric populations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific communication challenges. Provide speech therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques and interventions. Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to support patient progress. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and families about speech and language development and strategies for improvement.
