Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Your expertise will help improve patients' quality of life by developing personalized therapy plans and providing compassionate patient care. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing challenges Develop tailored therapy plans based on individual needs and goals Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques across various settings, including schools and clinics Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as educators, physicians, and families to ensure holistic care Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly Educate patients and their families on exercises, strategies, and techniques to support ongoing improvement Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations Requirements Valid licensure or certification as a Speech Therapist or Speech-Language Pathologist in the relevant region Prior experience working in school settings or pediatric environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of speech therapy methods, physiology, anatomy related to speech production, and medical terminology Experience with patient assessment tools and early intervention strategies for young children Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients of all ages and their families Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to ongoing professional development in speech therapy practices Join us in making a meaningful difference by helping individuals unlock their full communicative potential! Pay:
