Lead Speech-Language Pathologist Lake City, Florida Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week | $72,000 Salary •This position offers a unique opportunity to become a specialist in dyslexia diagnosis and intervention while serving as the lead clinician within a growing private practice. North Florida Speech and Reading Specialists is seeking an experienced and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing pediatric outpatient clinic as a Lead Speech-Language Pathologist . This is a unique opportunity for an SLP who enjoys clinical leadership, mentoring, and helping shape the future of a growing practice while maintaining a manageable treatment schedule and excellent work-life balance. We currently have an established caseload and a significant waitlist of children in need of services, allowing the right clinician to step into a meaningful role immediately. Position Highlights ✔ $75,000 annual salary ✔ 4-day work week ✔ Flexible Time Off (FTO) ✔ Paid Holidays ✔ Week-long Christmas clinic closure ✔ Thanksgiving holiday closure ✔ Health insurance stipend ($150/month) ✔ Retirement plan with employer match up to 3% (subject to plan eligibility) ✔ ASHA dues reimbursement ✔ Annual CEU stipend ✔ Established pediatric caseload ✔ Specialized training in the diagnosis and treatment of dyslexia Primary Responsibilities Clinical Services Conduct speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy Develop and update treatment plans Complete documentation within established timelines Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and other providers Clinical Leadership Serve as the lead clinician for the Lake City location Provide supervision for Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) Mentor and support future SLPAs and new clinicians Assist with clinical onboarding and training Promote high standards of clinical quality and patient care Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Florida SLP License ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Pediatric experience preferred Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Specialized Training Opportunity This position offers a unique opportunity to develop specialized expertise in dyslexia, reading intervention, and literacy-based language disorders. North Florida Speech and Reading Specialists provides evidence-based intervention for children with dyslexia and related literacy challenges. The Lead SLP will have the opportunity to: Learn and implement structured literacy approaches Expand clinical skills in dyslexia and reading intervention Collaborate with experienced clinicians in literacy-based therapy Develop expertise in an area of growing demand within pediatric practice Build a unique skill set that extends beyond traditional speech-language pathology services Whether you already have experience working with dyslexia or are interested in expanding your clinical knowledge, we welcome clinicians who are passionate about helping children become confident communicators and readers. Located approximately 45-60 minutes from Gainesville and Valdosta.
