Flexible / As Needed (On-Site Supervision Required) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and collaborative PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide on-site supervision and clinical support within our pediatric multidisciplinary setting. This role is ideal for an SLP who enjoys mentorship, compliance, collaboration, and supporting high-quality pediatric services. The primary responsibility of this role is providing supervision and oversight for a practicing SLP during a probationary/supervisory period, ensuring clinical compliance, documentation quality, and ethical standards are maintained. Additional responsibilities may include completing pediatric speech evaluations, re-evaluations, chart reviews, and occasional clinical support as needed. This is a flexible

position and does not require daily on-site presence; however, consistent in-person supervision and availability for required oversight is essential. Responsibilities Provide on-site supervision and mentorship to supervising SLP staff member Ensure documentation, treatment plans, and clinical practices meet Medicaid and professional standards Conduct periodic chart reviews and provide clinical feedback/support Assist with compliance oversight and quality assurance Complete pediatric speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including BCBAs, RBTs, OTs, and administrative staff Support ethical and evidence-based clinical practices Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license Active Florida Medicaid provider number
REQUIRED
Minimum 5-7 years pediatric experience preferred Experience with Medicaid documentation and compliance Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians preferred Strong knowledge of pediatric speech-language disorders and treatment Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary pediatric environment Preferred Experience Pediatric private practice or clinic experience Experience with audits, compliance, or documentation review Familiarity with interdisciplinary ABA settings Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Compensation Competitive hourly
