Miami-Dade County Public Schools About the Role Hello, Speech Language Pathologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a K-12 school setting in Miami, Florida. In this role, you'll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. This is a great fit for both experienced school-based SLPs and those transitioning into schools. Why Join Us Competitive pay (Up to $60 hour) + steady school-year schedule W-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits• + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You'll Do Provide school-based SLP services: evaluations, treatment, and consultation Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Support students' communication skill development Partner with teachers, SPED staff, and families to promote carryover Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records Adapt materials and environments to improve student access What We're Looking For Active (or eligible) Florida SLP license Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Strong communication and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred, not required About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
