Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at an intermediate school in Milton, FL. This contract position is ideal for professionals ready to start immediately, with an expected end date of May 28th. Candidates holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology are preferred; however, applications from Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) will also be considered.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid SLP certification; CCC preferred Experience working in school settings, particularly with intermediate-level students Open to certified SLPAs with relevant experience Ability to create and implement individualized therapy plans Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators and families Commitment to student progress and development
Location:
Milton, Florida Intermediate school environment
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs Maintain detailed documentation of student progress Participate in meetings regarding student services and IEP goals Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
