Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will work with individuals of all ages, focusing on diagnosing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for your patients by helping them improve their communication skills. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate speech and language disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques to facilitate improvement in communication skills. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to ensure comprehensive patient care. Provide early intervention services for children with speech and language delays. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Educate patients and their families about speech disorders and effective communication strategies. Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in speech therapy practices. Skills Proficient in patient assessment techniques to identify speech and language issues. Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy related to speech production. Experience in early intervention strategies for pediatric patients. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to speech-language pathology. Ability to provide compassionate patient care while fostering a supportive environment. Experience working within school settings or with pediatric populations is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently. Pay:
$77,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
