Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract position providing speech-language pathology services to a small student group. In this role, you'll work closely with seven students in an educational setting, delivering expert care and support two days a week for approximately 2.5 hours each day. Qualifications & Skills:
Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY accepted) Experience with school-based and/or pediatric caseloads Proficiency in teletherapy sessions is a plus Background in healthcare settings related to speech-language pathology Strong communication and collaborative skills for engaging with students, educators, and families Organized and reliable, able to manage caseload documentation and progress monitoring Commitment to ethical standards and ongoing professional development
Responsibilities:
Provide targeted speech-language therapy to a caseload of 7 students Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student goals Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and communication Deliver services either in-person or via teletherapy, as appropriate Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions as needed Stay current on best practices in school-based speech-language pathology This welcoming environment allows you to focus on quality over quantity, making a meaningful difference for each student you serve on a flexible, part-time schedule.
