Our approach emphasizes hands-on learning, independence, and respect for each child's unique potential. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and support the communication and language development of our students. Position Summary The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders. The SLP will collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement targeted interventions that support student success.
Requirments:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students as needed. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs. Provide therapy sessions in individual and group settings, using engaging, Montessori-aligned approaches. Collaborate with teachers to integrate communication goals into classroom activities and routines. Offer parent coaching and provide resources to support language development at home. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to meet evolving needs. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports. Participate in team meetings and provide professional input regarding speech and language concerns. Advocate for students' communication needs while fostering independence and confidence
