Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Florida SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF) Experience with K-12 student populations Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills Excellent interpersonal abilities for family and staff collaboration Commitment to onsite service delivery (no remote or SLPA roles for this position)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments for students from kindergarten through 12th grade Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Deliver direct therapy to students in individual and group settings Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and support staff Monitor and document student progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams Communicate regularly with parents regarding student needs and successes This position offers a consistent 35-hour workweek, providing the opportunity to build relationships and track student progress throughout the school year.
