Full Job Description About Us:

We're seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who is passionate about helping patients improve their communication and quality of life.
Position Overview:
The Speech Therapist will evaluate, plan, and provide speech therapy services to patients in their homes. This role is ideal for an independent, compassionate, and motivated professional who thrives in a flexible and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapy to help patients regain or develop communication and swallowing skills Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies for home use Document visits and progress accurately in EMR (Kinnser/WellSky) Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications:
Current Florida Speech-Language Pathology license (required) Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health experience a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
