Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - (CCC)
Primary Purpose:
Provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders, helping them succeed in their educational program.

School Year Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology FL SLP License (FLBSLP) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
Skills & Experience:
Knowledge of assessment tools, therapy strategies, and behavior management Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines 1+ year of supervised clinical experience
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and provide therapy for students with speech/language disorders Develop and implement IEP goals and track student progress Participate in ARD meetings and collaborate with teachers and parents Provide training to school staff on communication strategies Maintain records and ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines Supervise SLP assistants when assigned
Work Environment:
School-based setting with occasional travel Requires standing, sitting, and occasional lifting (up to 45 lbs.) Must handle interruptions and maintain emotional control under stress
Pay:
From $50.00 per hour
