Now Hiring:
Speech Language Pathologist who: Loves to play Is adventurous and flexible Connects easily with others Is passionate about helping and motivating patients Has excellent written and verbal communication skills Enjoys frequent breaks to travel quick distances between locations Is independent and organized Demonstrates problem solving and decision-making abilities Has knowledge of speech language pathology principles, concepts, and methodologies Develops and maintains rapport with patients and family members What You'll Do Conduct thorough standardized and non-standardized pediatric assessments Develop evidence-based treatment plans with measurable goals and outcomes Deliver therapy services aligned with goals and clinical needs Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and providers Provide training on home programs and clinical recommendations Collaborate with team, including discharge planning and supervision Ensure all documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant Follow state regulations and clinical standards Maintain patient safety at all times Key Skills & Abilities Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times Strong attention to detail and time management Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Organized with strong communication abilities Physical Requirements Fluent in spoken and written English Ability to travel between client locations Able to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable with prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs Strong sensory awareness (sight, hearing, touch, smell) Capable of assisting patients with mobility and equipment Able to respond quickly and appropriately in emergency situations Ready to make a difference in children's lives while working in a supportive and inspiring environment?
