Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Exciting opportunities await speech-language pathologists who are passionate about supporting student growth and success! Multiple contract positions are available for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year in dynamic school environments along the southeast Florida coast. Settings range from innovative K-8 campuses to bustling high schools, with both full-time and select part-time options. You'll be placed in one or two schools, depending on the assignment, with caseloads spanning ages PK to 12th grade. Take part in multidisciplinary teams, focusing on impactful speech and language services for general and special education populations, including ASD, EBD, VE, and InD units. Opportunities exist to work alongside established colleagues or take the lead in newly opened or solo-provider settings.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Florida SLP license (SLPA considered with available on-site supervisor) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Experience with pediatric and adolescent caseloads, K-12 school settings, or similar populations Familiarity with ASD, EBD, VE, InD support approaches Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Ability to complete fingerprint background clearance (may be expedited for existing prints on file)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement IEP-driven therapy plans Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and progress reviews Maintain accurate records and provide ongoing documentation Support inclusive practices and student engagement across varied learning environments Choose between sites serving early childhood, elementary, middle, or high school aged learners.
