Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at a school location in Punta Gorda, FL. This on-site contract position is ideal for professionals holding certification as an SLP with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or those certified specifically for school settings.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy plans accordingly Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure and certification as an SLP, including
CCC, CFY
status, or school-based certification Strong clinical skills and experience working with school-aged children Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work onsite full time in Punta Gorda, FL This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student development in a supportive school environment.
