Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic and rewarding school-based role, engaging with students across various campuses in the Bradenton area. This full-time opportunity (37.5 hours per week) is an ideal fit for Speech-Language Pathologists eager to make a meaningful difference. As part of an engaging academic environment, your caseload will be determined upon assignment, potentially encompassing multiple age groups and diverse needs. The academic year contract runs from August 10, 2026, through May 27, 2027. All positions are on-site only, providing the perfect setting to collaborate directly with educational teams and impact students' communication and language development.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current FL Speech-Language Pathologist license (Master's degree strongly preferred, but Bachelor's level candidates considered) Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY); SLPAs will not be considered for this assignment Passion for working with school-age children and adapting services across varying age groups Strong communication and collaboration skills across interdisciplinary teams Ability to be flexible with caseload assignments, based on district and student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct, school-based speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEPs and district guidelines Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, goals, and monitoring strategies Maintain documentation and compliance with applicable state and district regulations Engage actively with families, staff, and administrators to optimize student outcomes You'll have the chance to work closely with peers across multiple schools in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
