Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Position Overview:
A rewarding opportunity is available for skilled Speech Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) to provide essential speech and language support services within multiple school settings in Saint Augustine, FL. These part-time and full-time contract positions offer a dynamic caseload working with students from PreK through 12th grade across various school sites. Assignments may be combined to create a full-time itinerant role, fostering flexibility and professional growth.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students. Implement tailored therapy interventions to support students' communication needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to track progress and adjust treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success initiatives.Qualifications and Experience:
Valid and active Florida Department of Health Speech-Language Pathology licensure. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working with children in educational settings preferred. Ability to manage caseloads across multiple school locations effectively. Must complete fingerprinting and obtain a JLA badge as part of credentialing requirements.Work Details:
