Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Embark on an exciting contract assignment as a Speech-Language Pathologist providing essential therapy services to K-12 students for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite role is based near Sebring, FL, offering you the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of students while collaborating within a dedicated educational environment.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain prior to August 2026) CCC-SLP certification preferred Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly desired Ability to work effectively with students, educators, and families Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students across all grade levels (K-12) Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs and goals Conduct assessments and implement evidence-based interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, classroom teachers, and families Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student programs Why Consider This Opportunity?
