Position Summary — Speech Therapist (Part-Time, Afternoon Hours) We're looking for a compassionate and creative Speech Therapist to join our growing team! This part-time role begins after 12:00 PM , perfect for professionals seeking flexible afternoon hours. You'll work directly with children to assess, treat, and empower them to reach their communication goals — all while surrounded by a team that values collaboration, positivity, and growth. What You'll Do Conduct engaging speech and language evaluations for our amazing kiddos. Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that make learning fun. Use playful, motivating approaches to target speech, language, and communication goals. Collaborate closely with families and team members to ensure progress across environments. Track progress, celebrate wins, and adjust plans to keep therapy exciting and effective. Provide families with strategies and resources to support ongoing success at home. What You Bring Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or related field). Florida licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Pediatric experience preferred (bonus if you love play-based learning!). Strong diagnostic and communication skills.
