Position Summary We are seeking a full-time, highly skilled, and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team in Ocala, Florida. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals of all ages overcome speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of conditions across pediatric and adult populations . Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapy to address articulation, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing challenges Collaborate with physicians, educators, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care Educate clients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support progress outside of therapy sessions Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with company and regulatory standards Stay current with best practices, research, and advancements in speech-language pathology Uphold ethical and professional standards established by ASHA and the Florida Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology Qualifications Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Florida license to practice Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred Experience with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care Proficiency in assessment and evidence-based intervention strategies Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Continuing education and professional development support Supportive, collaborative, and growth-focused work environment Apply Now If you re a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about making a meaningful impact, we invite you to apply and join our compassionate healthcare team in Ocala, FL .
