Why Speech Therapists Love Working With Activa Flexible PRN scheduling Weekly pay Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid orientation and program-specific onboarding Ongoing clinical education and mentorship Collaborative interdisciplinary team Mileage reimbursement (with signed agreement) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee discount programs Career advancement opportunities (PRN Full-Time) Therapist appreciation and recognition programs What You'll Do In Your Role Provide high-level skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes Evaluate articulation & speech sound production, language comprehension, cognitive, social communication, oral motor skills, and feeding, swallowing Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on physician orders Educate patients and caregivers to support therapy, goals, and communication strategies Accurately document visits and progress in the EMR system Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment as needed Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high quality care Comply with all agency policies, and applicable state and federal regulations What You'll Need Active Florida SLP license in good standing Degree from an accredited Speech Therapy program Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Current CPR certification Excellent communication, documentation, and time-management skills Level two background screening
Recent negative TB test or chest x-ray
Strong, clinical knowledge in speech, language, pathology practice
1 year + experience in multidisciplinary setting, preferred
