Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy to students with communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders. Conduct screenings and assessments to determine the needs of students. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and collaborate with educators and parents to set goals. Document and track student progress in accordance with state and district regulations. Collaborate with school staff, including teachers, special education teams, and administrators, to create a supportive and inclusive environment for students. Participate in IEP meetings and help develop goals and objectives for students. Maintain a caseload of students, ensuring timely and effective delivery of therapy services.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Florida SLP license or eligible Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
